Paradigm 360º Leadership 

Christina Lee is the Chief Executive Officer for Paradigm 360º Coach Training, LLC. She has a wealth of experience in corporate, non-profit management, fundraising and development. Prior to leaving corporate America she served as District Director for Junior Achievement of the BayArea and was responsible for supporting the organization in its annual 3.5-million-dollar operating budget through corporate and individual giving and managed a district advisory board of C-Suite Executives. She’s also skilled in building teams through behavioral management assessment-based trainings, developing over 4500 leaders within a ten-year span. Since 2004 she has successfully trained small companies, schools districts, and non-profit organizations. She holds a certification as an Executive Leadership Coach from Dream Releaser Coaching, A Coach Trainer Certification from Life Forming Leadership Coaching, MBTI Certification and Disc Certification. She is a Prosci Change Management practitioner, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certified Diversity Equity and Inclusion practitioner. Christina is a native of Oakland, California, has a wonderful husband of more thirty-four years and six adult children. She’s a national speaker, teacher, executive coach, and serves as Assistant Chaplain to NFL families through the Professional Football Players Mothers Association, chaplain for her local police department and serves as a EOA board member for one of the world’s largest Entrepreneurial Organization (EO). One of her greatest joys in life is her involvement with the Paradigm 360º Young Entrepreneurs program, a program that develops and prepares young talent for future marketplace leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, podcasting and vacationing on California beaches.

Beryl Miller is a licensed clinical social worker, professional leadership coach, and coach trainer. She uses her gifts and abilities to empower people to reach their full potential. She especially enjoys developing and training leaders, engaging in transformational coaching, and training professional coaches. Beryl received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Beryl received her Professional Leadership Coach certification from Paradigm 360º in 2013. She was the recipient of the Coach Belin Award of Excellence, the Founder’s Award, and the Outstanding Peer Award. She is currently a Paradigm 360 coach trainer. Beryl is the CEO of Master Plan Life Coaching, LLC where she provides coaching, training, speaking, and consulting services.

Yvette Hall Is the Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm 360º Coach Training. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a MBA in Marketing and General Management from The Stephen A. Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. She is also a Ph.D. Candidate in Marketing at Hampton University. She is the Chair of the Business Administration & Economics Department and an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Johnson C. Smith University. She also has a wealth of knowledge in adult learning. Yvette also holds a certification as Executive Life Coach from Dream Releaser Coaching and Coach Trainer Certification from Life Forming Leadership Coaching. She has had a successful career in marketing, sales and business development, working in the role of senior management for several Fortune 100 companies. Yvette is a native of California, is married and has two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, and travel.

Cherrie Felisbret was born in Hawaii and grew up in New York City. She graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in Criminalistics and a minor in Chemistry. She has served our country in the U.S. Army as a Laboratory Technician, and later in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Surgical Technician, where she met her husband. She has worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years. She currently works for Pfizer as a Senior Manager. She is also a Paradigm 360º Executive Leadership Coach. She and her husband have five children and two grandchildren. She has the heart of a servant and she loves seeing lives transformed by Paradigm 360º!

Yolanda Belin is the Executive Assistant to the COO. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and later earned her Masters degree in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Yolanda taught and coached at the high school level for 5 years and then decided that she would like to pursue a coaching career at the collegiate level. She began her collegiate career at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas from 1997-2002, where she coached the sprints and horizontal jumps. Later, she coached at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee from 2002-2004. Her love for track and field landed her an opportunity to compete in the 1992 U.S. Olympic Trials Long Jump. In addition to her athletic coaching abilities Yolanda is a graduate of Paradigm 360º Coach Training and holds the Certification of Executive Leadership Coach. She is married to an NFL & Collegiate coach and they have three beautiful daughters.  

Lisa Belin is a servant leader who loves God and is passionate about helping people live the victorious life God intended. She was born in Cheraw, South Carolina, attended Wingate College and has worked in the healthcare industry over 35 years. Whether at home or church or in the community, Lisa is known as an encourager, motivator and giver. Her own life is an example of the transforming power of the Gospel, and Lisa eagerly shares with others the freedom that comes from abiding in Christ Jesus. Lisa is a graduate of Paradigm 360’s Coach Training and is certified as an Executive Leadership Coach. She serves as Paradigm’s intercessor praying on behalf of all aspects of the ministry.  Lisa is married and has two sons. She enjoys reading, amusement parks and sports.
