Paradigm 360º Young Entrepreneur (P360YE) Program helps develops and prepares middle and high school students for academic and career success. This program provides young people with the ability to experience the “world of work” through our corporate job shadow opportunities, leadership development through our quarterly “Young Entrepreneur Symposiums and one on one or group mentoring from various Paradigm 360º leadership coaches who have the first-hand experience in corporate, government and non-profit leadership. Our goal is to lead, train and equip our future leaders of tomorrow while embracing leadership and building world-class leaders one conversation at a time.

The Young Entrepreneurs were able to experience a behind the scene tour at Atlanta's CNN Headquarters. The youth learned about the History of the broadcasting giant and engaged in hands on activities in the world of Media.
Private Corporate Dining Experience
The Young Entrepreneurs put their etiquette training skills to use as they spent the evening dining with the Honorable U.S. House Representative Kim Scofield State of Georgia, FAA and EPA executives.
FAA Tour
The Young Entrepreneurs spent the day with the Federal Aviation Administration tour the operations at the worlds busiest airport Hartsfield International. They spent time in the air traffic control center and various FAA operations.

Gabby's love and dedication for math has sparked the interest of state superintedents educators, legislators and media outlets across the southeast.
